The brand's heritage stems from the ideology that traditional men's clothing shouldn't be so old-school and needs a bit of je ne sais quoi. The journey began with working 80 hours a week on Wall Street, and in May 2021, the first shirt sample was made. There were some initial challenges, such as purchasing shirts from a bad factory that bled after washing. However, the founder flew to Portugal to learn from the country's oldest shirtmaker and made 7 samples to perfect the shirt. In February 2022, the first ever collection of shirts was launched. The brand started to grow slowly month by month, building a community of cool, fun, and elegant men and women. In August 2023, the first showroom was built in New York, and the same day, the brand was featured on the cover of the Wall Street Journal newspaper.
